So many superb images of late I feel very much an imposter, realising what little I know in regards to photography.
I will try though cos it is enjoyable.

nice job imposter. great colors in #3 and #4. i really like the comp. in #3 with the band of water curving back to the rocks and the rocks pointing at the sunset. there's a halo around the rocks, is that on the full size image or is it just the web size?

Beth my eyes are not good enough to see a halo, lol. It was also straight into the sun so not sure about anything. Maybe the halo is cos they are magical rocks [doh]

Julian, you have a great, natural feel for colour photography, which many here (myself included) would love to have. I always love the compositions in your work, but what I remember most is your control of colour. Same here. Beautiful pieces. What a beautiful part of the world you live in or can visit.

Yes I appreciate the fact that my parents came to this part of the world smack in the middle of the last century ( gees it sounds a long time ago) I might add I was not yet born at that time
