I use an L.E.D torch that can conveniently fit a translucant (cloudy) 35mm film case just over it. simple.
Torch you can get from Asda, Tesco etc... £3.99 or there abouts

I put the used fujifilm 200 in another spare black canister and I'm very glad you've reminded me actually, I have filled the 24 exposures with next doors vauxhall firenza! Gonna get the ball rolling for development.
