I'd never wish to represent whatever the English are or are not, I'd go as far as to be ashamed to be called an Englishman at times, on the other hand as a Cornish man we do not mind sharing the sun with some kind folk, even if they have weird habits of dressing up with horns.You are so right, but I bet you Norsemen's weather forecast contains more suns than England can muster
