View from the other side

Greenwich features a lot in my offerings. It's nearby and photogenic. This it it again but seen from the other side of the Thames after I'd walked through the foot tunnel to The Isle of Dogs. Cutty Sark on the left, entrance to foot tunnel on the right.

How interesting. I have only ever walked half way through the tunnel for some reason and so never saw ‘the other side’. Great composition and the pigeons add a great counter-point to the main object.

It's another world on 'the other side' It's funny how the Thames is still a natural demarcation line for many Londoners and fuels their preconceptions of these who live on the other side of it.
The flight of pigeons was a fortuitous bonus and made the shot.
