That's a good question, Ivar. He looks American to me, and he's in America, and he has been impaled upon an American Car's antenna, so all indications are that he is American. However, I didn't actually speak with him so I cannot say for sure.

The thought of an Asian ancestry occurred to me, too, Pete, but I was thinking more Japanese due to his Kabuki actor-esque pallor. (Or perhaps he isn't feeling well and is just peely-wally?)
