Critique Welcomed Vilnius Cathedral

Vilnius is a small city of around 500K and the capital of Lithuania. Wasn't sure what to expect but I quite liked it. The central area is dominated by the cathedral which is Soviet times was converted into a storage warehouse! I don't think she is a nun, just happened to look a bit like one due to her dress habit (pun intended).

She lends such a wonderful sense of scale to the scene Paul, with the statue looking down at her - I also like the leading lines of the pavement in the foreground, although the natural slope on the street is throwing me off a little

I like it very much, Paul. Great timing and connection. :)

Yes, its snow. They have huge piles of it all over the place. Thank you for the comments.
Chris, I had to look at it a few times before I saw what you meant about the slope. I see it now. I cant remember if there was a slope or not now. Maybe its because I'm was off to the right a little rather than being directly in front.

A super shot Paul. As the others note, the scale works very well and I really like the way the soft lighting of the curved surfaces of the cathedral contrast with the hard lines of the paving. The way the bases of the columns creates an inversion of the alcove adds a nice extra element along with the divisions they create.
