What a lovely portrait, and one that captures the atmosphere and feel of the day too. Just the right amount of light o her face as well and the expression is perfect. It really makes you wonder what she is watching. Superb.

There was a nippy breeze for sure that day, Ivar!
Since taking this shot I've wondered what she's looking at too Pete. With candids you get get the bonus that the expressions are 100% acting-free, but the downside is you have to wonder what they're thinking! I say she's watching the fishing boats come in for the day and longing for some ocean adventures of her own Or maybe it's my own inner kid making me think that Thanks for the kind words.
