Hey, that looks like a fun place to be! ;) Nice shots though Chris. :)

Mind, I bet the reps didn't say, "Awesome" every 15 seconds. One day I'm just going to head-butt one of them just to see if they come back with a slightly more nasal version of that retort!

I like the people shots Chris...especially the two looking at the screen. There's something about the window shot...maybe too busy? The reflections confuse? Maybe if you were 2 steps to the right? Or...maybe it's because it's just me...and I find shooting windows for anything but a reflextion or through windows for something specific an ordeal?

I like the second two the best, Chris. There's something Tati-esque about the third one, especially. Was this for a professional assignment for MS? Can't imagine why else you'd be wandering around Mission Viejo mall in the pre-dawn hours!

love the glow of the first one and the second and third are great atmospheric shots. i thought you were a mac boy? i went into the local windows store once and the staff wouldn't leave me alone so i haven't gone back.

At my local mall here in San Diego, there's a Mac store and a Windows store about 100 feet from each other. But the Mac store is always packed to capacity and in the Windows store, the sales people are all standing around and it's empty. I think it's a bit sad that Windows couldn't come up with their own concept and instead just went for a pale imitation of what Mac was doing, all the way down to the name tags that the clerks are wearing.

Funny enough, Windows actually used my house last year for an ad campaign. An army of photographers, stylists, models, etc. spent the day shooting there. So for a few months, there were posters of my house up in Windows stores all over the place. There were four or five different shots. Here's one. Strangely enough, you can't even really tell it's my house. For what they ended up with, you'd think they could have just stayed in Seattle and used a studio...

Obviously a lot of Mac fans here. I think Microsoft has finally caught on to this idea of a pleasing user interface and too their credit they are making advances in this far faster that Apple ever did. The problem is that its around 25 years too late and like Darren says they are trying to palely duplicate the Mac image.
