What a great collection, Keith. The b&w tones of the third are superb, but then they are followed with those beautiful colours in the fourth. Those two are my favs. Nice architecture.

Thanks, Rob.

Another one from today

Now that last shot is a cracker Keith - looks like the Fuji suits you

The 14mm, Rob.

It is a very easy camera to use. This was the first real outing with it besides a few shots around the yard, and it didn't frustrate me at all. Usually a new body will make me stop and think about how to do something due to not being familiar with the controls. The Fuji is both simple enough to not confuse us old guys and just complex enough to have all of the necessary creative controls. And I never used the Q menu once all day.

The AF is fine for how I expected to use the camera. While the m43 bodies are faster on AF-S, they are no more suited to sports or wildlife (or hyper kids or pets) than the Fuji because AF-C and tracking basically sucks on all of them compared to a modern DSLR. So from a practical standpoint, the AF on the X-E2 is as effective as my E-M5 or GX7 for the type of photography I would use those systems for.

Some real nice shots there Keith. The ist 2 in particular float my boat. Camera is a keeper for sure!

Thanks, Dave.

Thanks, Pete. The first one certainly has a commercial product photography feel to it, although what drew me to the shot at the time were the light and shadows.

I have eventually distilled this to being the 'fun factor' of using the camera - i.e. how likely am I to want to take it with me and shoot

With the X-Pro1, the fun factor has been the big winner for me

Thanks Julian and Lesley
