Au contraire ... firstly very nice framing and exposure as she is somewhat backlighted. To some your image may be in a bucket of a 'Quick Look' and then carry on with the rest of one's day. But for those of us who garnered a second and longer take ... the rope becomes very apparent and the woman appears deep in thought while focusing on the stanchion barring her from forward progress. How deep are her thoughts, are hey beyond mere annoyance ... why is she the only one queued .... why is she there in the first place, et cetera ... her shoes look less fashionable and more elderly ... I find the bandana is odd - did she hurry out without doing her hair and now find herself waiting ... maybe the bandana hides a lack of hair due to cancer treatment or simply bad elderly genes ...

For a photo without motion, there's a lot going on in your image.
