Wondering about this one,...

Meg Dancing.

I like it,...but she's my daughter. So maybe I'm biased. I know its OOF, but I like it. What do you think? Any good? Thanks.

'fraid not Brian. It's OOF - and overexposed.

If it was my daughter - I'd reshoot it :)

Thank you, Rob. You identified what it is in the fotie that pulls me in--her gaze. That and the red hair. Thanks again, Rob.

A difficult one this Brian, I'm torn.
The OOF isn't an issue, nor the overexposure. I don't think it's a photo that has a massive impact, however, I see that it has a sentimental value on yourself and and that's we're it is appreciated. Structurally an average photo, but more than that to yourself.
Hope this helps :)
That's reminded me of something..... I'll post a thread later. Thanks Brian

What was this taken on out of curiousity?

Didn't you post this one before Brian? Any way, I like it (or the one similar to it) before and for the same reason you do. The intensity of the look. :)
You're absolutely correct, Pete. I did post this exact one several months ago. However, I received no comments. I thought the reason I got no comments was because it was a flawed image and it simply didn't appeal. And yet, it kept appealing to me. So I thought the other day I'd post it again and invite critique. I have found that sometimes I don't know a good picture when I see one, and I was hoping a critique would tell me something about this picture and also me. The results are mixed it seems. Thank you very much, Pete.

Dan thanks. Perhaps yiou're right; the sentimental value may be overwhelming my internal critic. I used the 7d for this, by the way. Thanks again, Dan!
