X100S + Wide Angle Converter

Sunday. Also included are two macro mode shots without the converter to avoid the tedium of another thread since the photos kinda stink. Hopefully anyone interested in the camera can get some idea from them. They are both at F4. You do have to contort yourself quite a bit to keep your shadow out of the frame which I wasn't completely successful at on the dead flower. I didn't have any problems acquiring focus and it did not appear to me that it was any slower than in regular mode. There is a bug on one of them so I suppose that counts. :)

I think the Wide Angle Converter is nice but it is kind of a hassle to take install it if you have filter and the filter ring adapter already on the camera.

I've always been a bit leery of adapters - just a suspicion that that they will have a negative influence of the quality. However, this WA adapter seems to work well, and gives you a nice flexible package.

Nice bug.

Somehow Fuji seem to have maintained the IQ, and even the f-stop with the WA attached

Looking good Steve
