Ah ok, so you can provide a link to the albums like this:

Or you can imbed an image in a post by going to the album clicking on the image so you have the large version on screen, then while pressing 'control' on the Mac, click on the image and COPY IMAGE ADDRESS.
Now start your post, and press the picture icon at the top of the typing box (looks like a picture with a tree on it) - then paste you image address in when it asks for it
It will do this:
Which will really be the address of your image surrounded by the correct image tags to make it appear in the forum.
Sounds complicated, but it's not once you've had a go.
