Wow, great stuff, whats the PP intail on these? Love the effect!!

I use Aperture 3 by Apple for all my editing and it's a preset called 'vintage' and all I done was clicked that as a base then tweaked it to get what I was looking for.

The one with the bike was taken in my favourite place in the whole wide world, so much so that i have a tumblr page dedicated to the road :)

Very nice mate!
i do like this sort of feel in an image ... i guess thats why i like 1950's compact cameras :)

it's a look i like too, i don't use the look very often though but for these 2 it seemed to fit

Do you have an old film camera?
Maybe a 1950's compact would suit you? :)

i bought a 1970's prinzflex to play with a few years back .... might have a look for a 50's compact, any recomendations ?

Ah ha, Hamish ensnares another forum member into the crazy world of vintage cameras! ;)

I think the PP really suits the shots - especially the mossy green on the first, and the rust on the second

In all honesty Chris he was preaching to the choir, I run a 50's club and dress in 50's clothes so it's only natural... never giving up my digi or iPhone though EVER lol

Ahhh, now I understand your reference to the diner shots! :)

We'll have to see pictures of course...
