Critique Welcomed 2014 .... Part One

Certainly stunning, Davie. You are a first-rate photographer.

A couple of things:

1. People should click on the little cog wheel, bottom right, next to the YouTube sign, and choose 720p HD - that makes a HUGE difference to the image quality

2. The musician in me is incandescently furious with you for not naming the composer of the music, and the performer, and for not letting us hear the final chord!!!! I was listening to the musical discussion, awaiting the return to the tonic, only to be cut off, cast adrift. Jings, Crivens, Help Ma Boab! It's like someone indiscriminately cropping your images.

But most of all, it was brilliant!

lol the music thing, well the music i want isn't ready yet ... the busy wee madam hasn't recorded it yet so i went for a bit o Schubert instead.

Lovely selection of landscapes but the music conflicted with the flow of the images.
Davie I think you should have waited for the music you wanted before presenting it to the public.
No faulting the photography though.

The musical problem is one that haunts me every year, thats why this year for part 2 it will be supplied by an ex of mine who is a flute teacher however the perfect music for me would be clair De lune by debussy but I used that last year. Maybe on the plus side people may say ' he clearly know nothing about music but takes a good picture' I could live with that
