I have taken many photo's of this place during the last 11 years............this i think is my best to date using ND Grad filter. As it quite close to the road i crop the bottom off.

That's a nioce shot, Daz. I love old stuff. 450 years old? How does it look inside? Old stuff?

Looks a wonderful place to spend some time at with a camera...might even take some photos as well....
Personally I think I'd have cropped the left hand side to the end of the car and taken a bit more off the bottom.
I'd also have cloned the car out as well.
But another cracking shot.
See if you can trade a print for a pint or two...

Its not to old to be honest inside, we are half way through modernising the rooms I could help myslef to a drink any time Adrian........how do i know that ?? I live here..........haha

I like it a lot, i'd probably crop out the car but I like my pictures devoid of human stuff if you know what I mean. It looks like a very special place to live

Lovely side lighting Daz - and that cloud really adds a nice interest to the sky - almost looks like smoke coming out of the chimneys 
I like the crop - the sign bottom left leads you gradually up and through the building as your eye goes down the road.
Keeping low has allowed you to frae the building against the mountain, which really works. However, you might want to try a version with perspective corrected so that the building doesn't fall away from the camera, se how it looks?
The color saturation is very attractive, and I can see this shot being used on a website, or brochure or post card as it sells the location as being somewhere you'd want to visit.
