You lot have me started trying b&w on everything now :D :D

fantastico!!!! Me, I would try and get an image from the bridge structure itself!! but then..... I'm not right in the head. lol

great shot Allan, but do i detect a slight slant to it? were you being blown by the wind ;)

seriously, great atmosphere!
Dare i suggest a 16x9 crop before doddering dokin does? ;)
looking again, its not actually slanted at all looking at the tower in the background... is the bridge being blown over ...?

Glad we have having an effect on you, all be it a mono one ... I cant stop converting to b&w at the mo!

it's funny you mention that Hamish , that is the Tay Rail Bridge which was blown over and the whole centre section went in 1879, actually on this day in 1879

Aye was me being blown over a bit lol. Hence the fact Im not doing a Dan and climbing onto it lol. Have a couple from the other side and some looking done the line of the piers from the old 1879 bridge that fell down (anniversary is today that's kinda why I went) but it was too windy to stay still for long enough and there slightly out of focus lol

Nice! I can almost feel the wind :D

16:9 looks wonderful (of course) LMAO!

It is just me or the bridge looks prefectly vertical but the sea level is not horizontal because the wind is that strong?

Great shot :).
