These are effective Hamish, especially the first. Did you find yourself composing differently because it was cropped rather than taking a shot knowing you would crop?
Yes! Very much, and a very enjoyable process it was too! The viewfinder in the minotla is really big feeling too, which also helped ... Something about the experience of shooting it made it feel like I wasn't shooting in to a thin bit of film ... Something that normally puts me off with those pano modes. Plus it's a 24mm ... The widest compact I currently own, which also made for fun!
Yes, excellent stuff. I don't often like panos, but these are good. Usually there is too much information to take in, which is maybe why the first works so well?
