to be honest chris, i took this around 3 years ago with a second hand Olympus E500 i bought online. I dont think there was much editing done to the image as i didnt have Photoshop and if i did i wouldnt have known how to use back in them days.

I love liverpool, and i have been back many times to try and recreate or beat this image, i have failed on all accounts so far.

You typically loose 2 stops in reflections, which is why they look darker.

In your shot, the water must have been very smooth, and with the darkness, it looks like you dropped a stop at most - very nice effect.

yes there wasnt a ripple on the dock water at the time, like a sheet of mirror almost, that is why the refelction is soooooooooo good..........
