Critique Welcomed Another look at the island tree

Same tiny island, same tree, but a different look. I wouldn't want you all to think that all I do is point a camera at something and hope I get a good picture. I often point the camera at something several times before hoping I got a good picture. :)

I think the composition in the viewfinder could have been better. I might crop a bit off the bottom and right side to see how that looks.

Been in Norway lately? Looks like it's from my backyard!:D I like it!
Wish I had. It's a place I always wanted to go. Some of my ancestors came from Norway in the 1860's. They show on the census as Stavens, but my mother, who did a lot of research on the family tree, discovered that they came from Staven Island and the real family name was Everson. I've always felt a connection to Norway and wanted to visit to go salmon fishing if for no other reason.

John, important question: do you have horns?
I used to have a powder horn I made from a cow's horn back when I used to shoot black powder percussion and flintlock rifles. Yes, I'm that old. Does that count?

I don't think that is what Rob had in mind John. He is under the impression that vikings had horns on their helmets, completely influenced or manipulated by his fellow countryman Brian who had to flee from Scotland, being haunted by the vikings. Yes he is that old and now feeble a certain place. Therefore he is under the notion that vikings had horns on their helmets. But living so close to Hollywood, no wonder. I've tried to convince them two, but in vain. Do not let yourself be led into the same bewilderment. Norwegian viking men have only one:D But I do not need to tell you this, as you probably know already, being of viking ancestry.

I don't think Rob knows me well enough to ask such a personal question about my marital history, so I assumed he was making a reference to the horns seen on Viking helmets in the movies. However, I didn't want to insult his intelligence by taking it seriously, since any even halfway-intelligent person knows that is a myth, so I replied with a bit of humor.
