Any concensus of opinion on this camera?

Hi Guys,
Is their any concensus of opinion on this camera? : -

Please note I am talking about the camera, not the offer, which is very time limited. I personally am attracted by the reputation of the manufacturer (they don't make rubbish, do they? ), the 14MP resolution and the idea of projecting my holiday snaps on the wall , but I wonder how large the pic would get before it lost resolution or faded beyond the point of it being viewable?
On reflection I don't think I'll get one (jack of all trades, master of none?)

Looks cool. Seriously I would think nothing but a toy, you know, something to play with until one gets bored. Probably alright to take on holiday as a pocket camera as with 14mp should be good quality images.

The gadget boy in me wants one too but I doubt I would use it
Nikon compacts come under the category of 'ok' for me, nothing special particularly ...
As I said else where, a Fuji compact would tick more boxes for me!

Great camera for the 20-something Facebook-crowd in a bar, shooting pictures of themselves and projecting them immediately to their great amusement. I expect that it provokes a lot of action and interaction and is really a whole lot of fun. Nice original feature. I would not knock it, but on the other hand, I am my friends really don't need that level of immediate gratification. YMMV.

had a look around online, but looks a bit gimmicky, might be OK though.

I would go with Hamish's suggestion for a Fuji compact.
