There is no real insight that I can provide as to the intrinsic workings of elements, blades and the like. However, being bored in work today I decided to take a lens apart. It was an old manual lens so electrically, it's lacking. But I thought that I might as take a couple of schnaps in case anyone was interested.

I also took apart a Pentax P30, (I was fixing it;-) , but didn't think to photograph it. Opps
