Camera exterior leather restoration

Whilst researching the Canonet RF - I came across CameraLeather.com Custom camera leather and leatherette who provide pre-cut leather restoration kits for cameras.

The kits come in a huge variety of finishes and colours, and allow someone with basic hobby skills to completely restore/update the leather trim on a whole range of camera models.

Some of the finishes are just out and out gorgeous to look at, and would be an upgrade on the original finish.

Red Snake Skin anyone? :D

Excellent tip-off. I've already ordered a set for the Yashica FX-3 I bought for the £10 challenge (£4.99 in local charity shop). A bit hasty perhaps as I haven't had the negatives developed yet!

Excellent - which finish did you go for?
