It's good to walk. Especially around places such as these. Don't you do Nordic Walking, Ivar? It's getting known around these parts too. Not for me, though.

Lovely route and shots Ivar

Thank you gents and Rob what is the Nordic walking? Is it as if you are skiing without skiis. In that case, I'm out, but I do carry a monopod at times and in the mountain it's been a great help for support and crossing rivers and brooks.:)

I have to say it looks a bit silly, and I've reported it to the Ministry Of Silly Walks, but they seem quite keen on it. Apparently it does you good.

To me, this is ridiculous. If the walking shall do you any good, swinging of the arms is of course a good thing at a brisk walk, but why do they need the sticks or staves as we call them, especially when they drag them along. Very good for skiing though. Somebody has made a fortune because of people's tendency in believing every thing in marketing that may appear scientific. Good for wobbly photographers with no or little stability.:D
