1:50 / 18 degrees / 20 minutes / Agitation, then 2 rolls of the tank every 4 minutes, final agitation.

I'm not sure what to call that, hemi-demi stand perhaps? Anyway, with variations of time depending on film stock, it's a method that I've been using for a little while now and seems to reduce Rodinal's tendancy to bring out grain. I hope you find it of interest.
