Bike or train

As the war in the oil-rich Middle East keeps escalating, the International Energy Agency is calling on governments to take measures to reduce oil demand and encouraging a shift towards public transport.

Nice juxtaposition but is it a giant's bike or a toy train? Sadly the Middle East conflict may just help the environment by reducing fossil fuel use or maybe make it worse with all the powerful warship, military vehicle and plane movements. What a world.

Neither of those things. The bike is a standard-sized bike hanging on the metal fence, and the train is a standard-sized train—just far away.

Unfortunately, the reduction in fossil fuel consumption is offset by the bombardment of oil wells and gas reserves, so I think the balance will always be on the worst side.

Thank you @Tony Warren for the comment.
