random shot of some sausages on Cardiff Christmas markets, i was rather concerned as to the amount of flames coming from that BBQ to cook these sausages. As far as i am concerned they should be glowing coals not a Bunsen burner style [doh]

This BBQ or whatever it's called are the same as the ones I have seen in the Octoberfest fair in Bremen. I remember there were huge quantities of meat being cooked across the fair and salad seemed to be a dirty word.
