Also had a play with shallow depths of field while walking in the fields and forest close to my house. The Micro lens has very shallow DOF at close range and some interesting things can be done with a bit of a play. Its a bit of luck most of the time as not always apparent what will be in focus especially when the winds blowing.

Now, you just knew I"d like that didn't you. I would have cropped it square but that's predictable too. Nice PP although I find the OoF semicircle a tiny bit distracting, maybe because it is mirrored by the vignette.

Yeah, I couldn't make my mind up if the semi circle added to subtracted from the image. Still thinking about it but some times it takes a few visits before I make my mind up.
