be back late next week. thought i would have a three more days to hang out online, but it sounds like i'm going to be in the mobile ops room at work for the next few days now with no camera, phone or internet... so i'll probably be sporadic until i get back from florida.

one of the courthouses had a shooting this morning. so the boss went up this morning, then i joined him this afternoon. we have a lot of public bus routes that use that road and a couple stops that were inside the tape line, so we ended up rerouting the buses, among other things. lots of suits on scene...

got to keep the phone, but absolutely no photos were allowed. didn't get to take the trailer up, not enough space and they already had a nearby building setup as a command post. but i got to ride in a cop car. not my first ride, but my first in the front seat .

not leaving for florida until thursday, but this courthouse investigation will go at least until wednesday.
