Finding myself at a Porsche Club concours event, with the worlds dullest grey sky, and no sign of sun, I was forced to re-think my shots for the day.

Realizing that the flatness of the illumination was actually a real bonus for capturing the detail in these well prepared machines, I set-about shooting abstract images, using the 70-200mm f2.8 L zoom, and shallow DOF.

The 3rd and 4th really got my attention, love the sleek lines and curves. It clearly was lucky that the sky turned into one huge softbox.
