And there we have a basic human trait clearly illustrated and the basis for one of the fundamental differences between the male and female of our species. Having banged her head in this way as a child, Connie will learn and avoid such contact in later life; a classic female trait. However, even given similar experiences, it only takes one or two alcoholic drinks for a male to completely forget this and at some point smack his head against a hard surface. Why this is, is one of life's great mysteries!!
Poor Connie! I love the lighting on this and as Pete said, the lovely expression. I found some wonderful baby images on Flickr today, mostly lit through horizontal blinds. The effect was quite amazing
