Creperie la Picoterie at Night

Took this one in Chartres with my Canon F1 and Kodak Tri-X 400 film which I processed in Rodinal.

Beautiful light coming from inside out onto the chairs. Looks like you've been processing it in Nik Silver, which is an example of how my brain is getting it the wrong way round! This is what Nik is imitating. Beautiful.

Toneally stunning Brian, it looks almost HDR processed ... But the way HDR processing should be used on this sort of subject ... Very nice that!

Id love to have a place like that. Id invite all sorts of characters, eccentrics, artisans, courtiers.

Thanks a lot, Rob. No post processing at all. Just out of the camera and into the Rodinal, then out of the Rodinal and into the scanner. Thanks again, Rob.

You're a Bohemian at heart, Ahmad.

Tempted to say, "What a load of crep!", but I won't.

Thanks for holding back, Rob! :p

As Hamish says, tonally beautiful and it has a nice quiet evening feel to it somehow. Almost like a scene from a 60s B&W movie.

Thanks, Pete. Much appreciated.
