Dickey Ridge, Shenandoah National Park

Very nice Beth. Excellent dynamic range in the shAded areas.

thanks everyone.

sorry lee, no dodging and burning was done, actually, no local adjustments were done at all... it shows up when i increase the shadows globally in lightroom. there were some shiny barn roofs a little ways down the mountain behind the stone, so it could be from one of them.

agree - amazing dynamic range and a lovely color pop in this shot Beth

You ditched you X-Pro1 now then?

thanks milan and chris.

chris, i'm too lazy to change lenses. i bought the x-e1 a few months back with the 18-55mm lens. the lens was cheaper with the camera was my excuse at the time. the x-pro 1 has the 18-55mm on it and the x-e1 has had the 14mm on it since that arrived.
