Thanks Glenn, yes it is a classic shot that many photographers over take. I liked this punt in particular.Oh how I understand that. Well done Julian...love the first. It's a classic done well.
Thanks Brian, yes the colours turned out pretty much as were. Not sure the alloy used , a modern composite I think, as it is quite light, I do wonder although in this instant used on a mooring rope, it may have beenI really like that first one also, Julian. But I like the final one very much also. The golden colors of the fit the terrain so well.
Fine imagery, Julian. Never tire of viewing your harbour and beach shots. I also love the tones in the last one. Beautiful. You have a different light in that part of the world.
I agree, the light there is lovely. My daughter is applying to Northumbria University (among other places) so, you never know, I might get to know the place a little better.
lol well spotted Chris. Thanks.Love the punt, and the heart shaped chain in #2
Gotta start somewhere Dan , it's how you say em. Thanky.First one definitely floats my boat........

Thanks Dave. St.Ives is a good place for this and I have many from there. I usually go when there is a new exhibition at the Tate. A good excuse.Love this kinda stuff. Reminds me of many family holidays in St Ives.
Thanks Pete. The second time with the DP3,Gorgeous set Julian. Just look at the lustrous sheen on those chains!
Thank you Pete, I am inspired even more now. Hope it lasts a while yet.I guessed it might be. There is an amazing depth to the shot with the sand - even in the JPEG.
