I feel it being pointless to take all that's in the bag, so I'm finding some recommendations to which one you would take?

Impressive collection!

I personally would make my selection based on what type of photography that I want/am likely to do.
 
I'm going to try and catch some beach sunrises, but then ultimately, some holiday fun snaps with the kids.
 
Pete, I like that recommendation.
That I think is spot on. It makes sense.

Oh the trip is coming alright.
I think I've finalised my list.

Trip, D7000, Exa, OM10....... Done!! :)
 
Nikon and throw out all of the film cameras :) (just a joke btw in case i end up strangled with film)
 
I know, looks almost like the whole bag really doesn't it. Lol.
