I have recently had a few minor lighting issues in my studio ...
The first issue was due to me not using my lights properly and finding they weren't always being triggered as slaves
I decided to get to more wireless trigger receivers
so, on to Elemental, quick chat with Jess who tells me they no longer stock the 8 channel ones i have been using and now only stock 16 channel ones... crap!
BUT... No worries, Elemental to the rescue! Jess tells me to go to their website order 2 new receivers. she then arranged to take back my current 8 channel kit and send me a brand new 16 channel sender and 3 16 channel receivers FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!
I had all the new kit within 24 hours!!!
FANTASTIC SERVICE I think you will agree!
well thats not the half of it!!
i then find that one of my 500watt Visico lights isn't playing ball! it will flash with the test button, but wont be triggered in anyway (in hindsight this was of course was what was causing my first issue... but never mind that id rather have 3 receivers than running some as slaves anyway)
So on the phone, this time to Sean!
we run through the possible causes of the issue, cant work it out so he arranges to have the light collected by ups ... it was collected within 20 minutes!!!
it arrived with them this morning, and as i thought was broken (thank god, i had the fear that i was being a plonker)
Sean phoned me this morning to say he had tested it...
i had to interrupt him, as we have moved our offices this morning and was in the van... said id ring back, forgot with all the fuss we have been in this morning...
I then get another phone call from Chris (i think it was chris, sorry if thats wrong ... my brains in a fluster this week) ... "We are going to replace your 500watt lamp for an 800 watt one" FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE... the lamp was even out of its warranty!
There is nothing like the peace of mind of dealing with companies that provide good service ... this level of service is pretty much unheard of as far as im concerned!!
these guys are good, really good, really too good... i the customer feel slightly guilty for having recived such good service ... madness! ...

this is not an opinion, it is fact; service like this is pretty much unheard of they deserve every bit of credit i can even begin to give them!
