Enough To Know

OK, maybe the title is a little corny? I have been trying to think of one that works for a while and this is the best I have right now.I have already posted some various ideas I have had along the way and have kept coming back to this idea after stays of absence. I like the idea of stripping almost everything away and just leaving a hint behind.

Paul...I am sincerely impressed with the first two. I'm kind of lost for words to describe what I'm seeing...feeling...so I have to go with I really love them.
These are clearly uniquely "Paul Langes"...no to need for another title.

Thank you, Julian, Rob. Rob, I know what you mean, I have been looking at some of the supporting tutorials for various Lightroom plugins and a lot of the imagery I find is way over the top. Huge amounts of in-your-face impact but not much to sustain interest. I must admit is it kind of fun to go overboard with the various effects but I tend to find myself toning it down considerably in the end.

Wow, I'm astounded by these, Paul.
So subtle, smooth, and just the right amount of detail.

These are quite compelling I think Paul and I have come back to them quite a few times. I like that you struggle to tell what is skin and what is sheet but in some ways long for a point at which I work it out Maybe that could be a progression of the images. What do you think?

That's very effective Paul

do you over expose in camera or do all the high key in post?

Paul are these body forms. Paul i think you already know i really like how you have imagined.
Paul just to add, having read Pete's comment, these are body forms, if so, they are very personal,
with the person being photographed someone cherished.

Thank you, Chris and Brian. Chris, These were overexposed purposely in camera, the exact amount was determined by trial and error with different camera settings, flash settings and distances. I roughly aimed to get the skin around 2 stops over exposed. I also made some adjustments in LR as well, a bit of exposure and lumennance increases on skin tones; quite a bit of dodging as well remove unwanted shadows from the white sheets I wrapped Kerri in.

Hi Ahmad, These are pictures of my wife Kerri, or rather bits of her.
