I was so sure I had commented on this. Thank you Milan for the answer, the fine picture of a most devoted friend I'm sure. Also the confirmation that I have done the right thing for once. ( Some witty tongues may come up with a remark to this ). So I'll stay at the level of 16mp, true to the colours. Some say the colours out of xt2 and xpro2 are clinical, sterile like. Don't know if that is positive, sterility is at times.

Happy to be of service Ivar. The T1 is still a fine camera. I have not had the impression the colours are any different between the two. One of the main differences, apart from resolution, is the speed of the T2 in focusing and writing to the SD cards.

OK Milan, thank you for the comparison. As a man of age, ( I like the word substance much more in relation to this ), I am not in a hurry so xt1-xt10 and xpro1 are fast enough for me.
