What's behind the padlocked door I reckon KK, is there anyone I can contact to get to the top do you know??

Behind the Padlocked door is the stairs to the tower I think, and anyone you can contact, don't know but I'm going too if there is, It is a listed building under the control of Malvern Hills DC i believe DD
