Phlearn, Free Photoshop and Photography Tutorials - has a pretty large database of free and paid tutorials. the couple of freebies i've watched look pretty good, and they add a free video daily. everything from some simple photoshop workflows to photomanips.

I've watched a few of the Phlearn vids and they're not bad. I'd also recommend Photigy: technically advanced photography - not the same market as Phlearn but some great videos.
