Garston Ship Dismantlers...

Hi all,

Does any know the current status of this location?

Is there any rusty wrecks still to photograph?

Garston Ship Breakers 6-10 - Derelict Places

On Google maps the satalite view shows wrecks remaining, but the closer view doesnt.

I would imagine that means they are no longer there, but if any one can confirm that would be great.

Pics attached.

Cheers,

Andy.

Not sure what's going on... Maybe tides are hiding the ships during different takes on these. Or they really are gone!

Your best bet for local knowledge (unless Glen has been there during his Duke of Lancaster visit) is to contact the bus company next to it.
CannonBBT of Liverpool, Quality Coach Hire at Affordable prices

They look in pretty bad shape on the photos on Derelict Places, and that was taken in 2010.
I should imagine that there wouldn't be much left.

Hope that helps :)

Sorry can't help with this one. For the Duke of Lancaster we were staying a couple of miles away from it and found it during a walk.
As for Liverpool I've only ever been once and wasn't keen, I'm a country boy at heart:o;).
