I'm chuffed with this one because I didn't use a tripod.

I looked at the 'Age Concern' sign on the left and I was suprised to see myself that it was a good effort holding the oly dead still for 1 second.

I used the old 'exhale' technique. seemed to be the only time that has ever worked. lol
