Hmmm... we went down to see this, but it was hanging over the car park side and looking into the sun to boot. I only took this just before we left as a record of the exhibition. Pointing a 16mm lens up caused wild distortion. I thought I would only correct it a bit, but somehow the lens correction has made a good job, even though the slider was nearly up to 100. The right hand area of sky was blown, so that was put back with a graduated filter. All in all, I just chucked some PS at it in order to give you a laugh. It was never intended to work as a proper photograph
I think it works better than you give it credit for Lesley. I like the distortion of the stair tower and the overall composition and tones. However, I know the building well and so I am probably slightly biased by enjoying a slightly unusual view of it.
