Help me find a digital Nikon for these lenses

I'm looking to buy a digital camera which can accommodate these AF Nikor lenses. Budget is up to £500 max.

85mm 1.4D
50mm 1.8D
28mm 2.8D

There's a D600 on eBay starting at £400: HERE - it is full frame, 24.3 MP. Will these AF lenses be able to fully exploit the full frame?

Any brands able to use these lenses with (or without) adaptors?

The d600 was a bit of a black sheep Rob
You'd probably be better with a d700 - older, but had a great sensor, and are solid built!

Thanks, Hamish. I'll look into that. The black sheep reputation might come from an oily sensor, which some of the 600s suffered from. The one on eBay has had the sensor replaced by Nikon. I've seen lots of great reviews for it, so I'm still tempted if the price stays at £400. But I'll check out the 700s at your recommendation.

I can't use these lenses on a Fuji X-Pro body with an adaptor?

You can, but it's not ideal - no AF, smaller sensor means different effective focal lengths etc

Well, I have the lenses already, for use with the Nikon F4, and the only digital camera I have is the Canon Powershot G10. I'll continue to shoot film, but it's certainly useful to have a digital set up as well. The lenses are good. I would prefer a new Fuji X-Pro 2 or X-T1, with Zeiss Touit lenses, but haven't got that kind of dosh. So, within my budget limit, I've found a good camera for the lenses I have. We shall see!
I've also never had a digital SLR setup, and am curious.

The camera arrived ten minutes ago. Looks and feels great. Battery included, but no memory card. Info says it takes Type I cards - and recommends only 8GB, which I find hard to believe. Maybe that was the highest available at the time.

Silly me, I thought the monitor on the back would show me the image I was about to shoot. But no. I have to look through the viewfinder like a proper photographer!

It does have live view though. If I remember right there is a mode on the dial called Lv isn't there?

There is. But when I put it on, I still can't see anything out back. Maybe some functions won't work without the memory card installed.

I think it needs to be in tripod mode or something as well. I vaguely recall that there is a setting in one of the menus that needs to be a in certain mode but I can't remember what.
