Help required to remove blemishes on a new coin

The top image above is from a mint brand new coin.
Is there a simple process using PhotoShop to remove the blemishes (dirty looking spots)in the bottom left hand corner (beside FI).
The same coin is shown in a non macro shot which is perfect.
The difference between the set up for both shots is that natural lighting was used in the second shot while speed-lights were used in the first .
