Shot this using a friend's Plaubel Makina. Tri-X film. Rodinal developer. Epson V500 scanner. Guessed at the exposure. (It's been a couple of years since I shot this; can't remember the exposure values.)
I seem to remembers one others that you shot like this . Nice. I like the way you keep the separation of the car from it's background while still keeping a sort of brooding look.

Thanks Pete. Yeah I shot quite a few images one night in our photo studio at work. Our photography club had invited a local company to bring in two S2000s that they had customized. I shot with three film cameras that night: the Plaubel Makina that took the shot in this post (on loan from a friend), my Mamiya C33, and my Olympus XA. I was quite happy with the results given that I was guessing at the exposures for the two manual cameras. The XA grabbed a few nice images, too. A couple of the fellows had a laugh at my tiny XA perched on top of my massive tripod. And when the XA's self-timer began its 3 second warning beep it was like a wee bird on top of a massive oak. Quite funny actually, and a departure from the DSLR crowd surrounding me.
