there is a lot of character, I'm not quite sure on the framing, but the story is good!
Maybe a black and white conversion?

Black and white seems to go the sludge really, all the tones seem too close together.

I see Martin Parr Holiday observation there and I like it as a casual portrait of a family and friends enjoying each others company..

As for a title, does it really need one let the picture speak, cos that's what it does..

I like the almost irony. Its a quintessentially British holiday scene but with only one white person. It says a lot about our cultures ability to accept other cultures and see them as part of our own.
