That fellow was big news here a while back. They cleaned him up and had him on the national news and various television programs and one of the networks or a radio station or something hired him as an announcer. At one point he was publicly (meaning, in front of the television cameras) reunited with his estranged mother. (It was a pathetically schmaltzy attempt by a television producer somewhere to create emotion through juxtaposition. But there seemed an oddness about the mother's reaction to her son's professing of love and loyalty. It made you wince.) Anyway, I think this fellow, following his fleeting days of fame, has since descended back into the world where they found him. It's a shame really.
