Looking at this on a bigger monitor, those artefacts are horrid. I guess it is to do with the large area of red and the JPEG algorithm. There are none in the processed file at all. Interesting.

There are no artefacts in the original image in LR and virtually none when the JPEG is viewed using Preview, but they are visible in Photobucket and here. The were exported at 85% quality setting and this is a 100% version.

Nope, not much better if any although again, in Preview, there are no artefacts visible. So it seems to be Photobucket and the way it handles the transition from edges to continuous tones.
