That's a spin, more than a wobble. Beautiful. I love this. Someone would want it for an album cover, I'm sure.

It's a whirl! And both beautiful and very interesting. Those highlight lines remind me of works done in oil and then scratch marks made in the wet paint. I love the way you can make out the masts and horizon etc on the right.

Thank you Pete. Yes the raised bits I am in doubt of.Maybe a bit much like an oil painting. It is achieved in Cs6 with the rendering light filter, you can add body to a flat image.
